Lydia- Chronic, unrelenting sinusitis/stuffy/runny nose can be a sign of hidden food sensitivities. You are unlikely to find a lasting cure until you get the the cause of the issue, though a Sinus Rinse may help relive some symptoms temporarily. See the link at the top right of the page for “Is your food making you sick?”

I love you for tweeting the link to this nearly a year later – because I haven’t been convinced to try the whole neti pot thing… but THIS I could do! 🙂

I suffered twenty years from cig smoke allergy (bronchitis always resulted) until my doc gave me a sample NeilMed sinus rinse…………….voila ! No more bronchitis. Sorry that it came so late in my life and I am appalled that no doc EVER told me about this cure.

This is really great for allergies! I live in Southern CA and when the Santa Ana winds kick up my allergies get so bad that I sometimes have to put an ice pack on my face for relief! Rinsing out my sinuses regularly calms the allergy down enough for me to function semi-humanly during those high wind days. I used to use a neti pot, but when Elizabeth told me several years ago about the NeilMed rinse and how easy it was to use, I tried it out and subsequently tossed the neti pot. SO MUCH easier to use!

he would earn it back. its only been a couple days and nohting has really changed. i feel nervous that he isnt really trying hard and things just feel a little awkward for me in general with him. how can i get things to go back to normal? i feel like maybe im doing something wrong or just making it awkward. and i cant really bring it up because i already did about me hoping he’lll change and he said yeah the last time we hung out. so i feel like he would be angry or i would come off really insecure talking to him about it again. i just want to be in love again. but i dont know how to do that.
