    This is the first recipe I have found that uses all spelt flour and actually rises into a loaf in my bread machine. I even tried it with the delay timer and woke up to the smell of fresh bread and a beautiful loaf! Thank you so much!

    I am wheat and spelt intolerant. Can I still make bread? Gluten free bread and rolls contain all sorts of additives that I am unable to tolerate. Much of these things give me painful headaches.
