Glorious One-Pot Meals e-book on sale this week!

Hi friends and readers!

My publisher is doing a promotion for my cookbook, Glorious One-Pot Meals: A Revolutionary New Quick and Easy Approach to Dutch Oven Cooking, and now through October 16th it is discounted to only $1.99 at all ebook retailers (Kindle, B&N, etc.).

If you are unfamiliar with my book, Glorious One-Pot Meals introduces my unique, patented method of making customized one-pot meals using a cast iron Dutch oven. The technique is basically like a game of mix-and-match, where you choose an oil, a protein, a carb, veggies, and herbs and spices to make your meal. Any combination works in this method, and my favorite part is that you can put in meats and veggies frozen solid straight from the freezer and it won’t increase the cooking time! It’s a perfect way to get special-diet-friendly and kid-friendly dinners on the table quickly and easily.

Glorious One-Pot Meals flash-cook in a super hot oven in less than an hour and are not stews. Ingredients retain their integrity throughout the cooking process and vegetables emerge firm while meats cook perfectly through. Check out video demonstrations here:

This is a great time to get an e-copy of Glorious One-Pot Meals, but don’t delay because it will go back to the regular price on the 16th!

  1. I recently bought your Glorious ….cookbook and have already made a meal from it. it was quite good and I want to order a book for my daughter-in-law. She will need to put together the ingredients the night before or early morning. Your instructions say take it out of the refrigerator and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. Is this an extra 30 minutes? Bottom-line:

Can these meals be made ahead of time and then cooked hours later? And if they can, what adjustments are needed please?
p.s. I absolutely love the concept of everything healthy in one pot!!! The way you teach about good nutrition in this book while at the same time providing the flexibility that is so needed, great! Thanks Kathy
