No, not beer tinted with green food coloring! Rather breweries “that have worked efficiency, renewables, recycling, and organic ingredients into their recipes in such a way that each pint actually costs less — in carbon emissions, that is.” Put together by the Sierra Club, it’s interesting reading.

My favorite? Our local [New Belgium](http://www.newbelgium.com/index.php "New Belgium") brewery. It is a company I have admired for a long time not only for its dedication to sustainability but also for their smooth and tasty brews.
