    I love pizza, but I wanted a healthier version to enjoy more often.

    I just tried this crust and it’s pretty good. I added Italian herbs to spice it up a bit and some garlic powder. Mine came out a bit thick and I had hoped for a thinner crust. I also used my own homemade sauce and I think I’d go with a thicker jarred variety next time or just drain my homemade sauce more.

    Other than that, I think it’s a great quick pizza recipe. I’m going to try it in the slow cooker next. I have read a lot about slow cooker pizza and I think this crust would work well.
