    I made my own crackers! They tasted great! I used a little millet, sesame, flax, chia, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds, a tiny bit of spelt flour to act as a glue, sesame oil, olive oil and water. Tiny amounts of the two oils and enough of the water to make it spread out easily. I added sea salt, and mix up the seasonings with each batch I make. Sometimes it’s Sage and Thyme, sometimes I used Garlic. It’s fun to experiment. Back on a low temperature on baking paper until crispy.

    I know there are lots of generals. But I’m still experimenting.
