Is Your Health Holding You Back?

November 10, 2023

What would your life be like if you actually felt good every day?

  • Are you plagued by fatigue and too tired to do much beyond simply existing?
  • Do mysterious symptoms come and go, seemingly without rhyme or reason?
  • Do you fear becoming more debilitated and missing out on your life?
  • Do you have irritable, unpredictable, or stopped up bowels?
  • Have you tried many different drugs, diets, or other remedies, only to have your condition continue… and even worsen?

I get you.

Add despair to the list and I used to feel this way so often after my diagnosis with MS in 1999. I felt powerless to control my health. All of my future plans were in peril, dependent upon the whims of a body gone rogue. My doctors offered only pharmaceutical drugs, each with potentially serious side effects weighed against a low probability of even slowing the progression of the disease. Just two weeks shy of my 30th birthday and I was learning that I could be in a wheelchair by my 40th. I was terrified.

But I pulled myself together and began investigating what I could do on my own to change this fate and restore my hopes and dreams for the future. I went back to school to become as a Traditional Naturopath and a certified food sensitivity therapist. I learned about parasites, diet, herbs, homeopathy, energy, nutrients, electro-ceuticals, and oh-so many more healing modalities.

Along the way I became obsessed with inflammation.

You may already know that inflammation underlies most symptoms of pain, discomfort, and dysfunction. Think about your own symptoms: Is inflammation involved?

Since most symptoms are manifestations of inflammation, focusing on inflammation rather than symptoms makes sense.

Identify and remove the triggers of inflammation, and then symptoms from that inflammation will disappear.

The tricky part is knowing where to look for the triggers. And then how to identify them. And then how to recover and construct a fantastic life that doesn’t include things that cause your body to freak out.

But I did it, and you can too. I’m here to help.
