“My name is Elizabeth Cervantes, and working with Elizabeth Yarnell and the LEAP Diet has been a truly great experience. Elizabeth has supported me every step of the way with consistent communication through email and Zoom, guiding me through each phase of the process to get to the root of my inflammation.

She takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly—I never feel rushed or confused. Her attention to detail and genuine care make all the difference. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found her and to be going through this healing journey with her support. Thank you, Elizabeth!”
