It’s a little bit tart and a little bit sweet with a little bit of fire to keep your mouth awake. It makes a salad anything but the same old thing. Drizzled in a tortilla over beans and veggies it’s a departure from the traditional salsa. Delicious as an easy option spooned over chicken breasts or salmon in a [Glorious One-Pot Meal](http://www.gloriouspotmeal.com/recipes "glorious one pot meals").

With an ingredients list of familiar items (no chemicals or artificial substitutes) and topped off with flax seed oil for a boost of omega-3s to help nourish the brain and nervous system, this is a bottled salad dressing I don’t feel guilty about enjoying.
