my ankle looks like yours right now, I was walking down a flight of steps at work, while attempting to balance my notepad, my breakfast and a cup of water, no exactly sure what happened, but I tripped and fell. Walked around all day in high heels, I didn’t have any flats at work to change in to, however I wasn’t in pain and I seemed find. Fast forward to 6PM (ouch) Thanks for sharing your tips, I’m soaking my ankle in castor oil as I type :). God Bless!

I love posts like this. I recently got a stress fracture in my foot. I took Traumeel (which is also homeopathic and has arnica in it) and then the podiatrist took a repeat xray a few weeks later. He seemed surprised with the results and said, “There’s really good bone growing.” So he said I wouldn’t need anymore xrays, that I was on the mend.
