LiveWell Colorado is a nonprofit organization committed to reducing obesity in Colorado by promoting healthy eating and active living.
Recently, my friend, gluten-free queen and cookbook author Elana Amsterdam and her husband, Rob Katz, CEO and Chairman of Vail Resorts, donated one million dollars to help launch the LiveWell@School Healthy Food Initiative and bring made-from-scratch school lunches to schools across the state.
