Recently, my friend, gluten-free queen and cookbook author [Elana Amsterdam](http://www.elanaspantry.com/ "elana amsterdam") and her husband, Rob Katz, CEO and Chairman of Vail Resorts, donated one million dollars to help launch the [LiveWell@School Healthy Food Initiative](http://www.denverpost.com/opinion/ci_21574850/feeding-children-healthy-habits?IADID=Search-www.denverpost.com-www.denverpost.com "livewell healthy school food") and bring made-from-scratch school lunches to schools across the state.
