The proper diet can prevent most of our Western diseases and disorders of the “modern”age…but Where is the Whole sprouted grain & fish….It was a Miracle…Christ chose these specific foods.
If they displace animal protein & go back to ancient (not GMO) grains, wellness would emerge.
My cooking has been one pot for years…I challenge you to find ways to always add whole sprouted grain to each one. Like Soaking-sprouting (overnight-to let the chemistry of growth consume the carbs that Mo. Nature in to fuel growth) like brown rice, millet, quinoa, wheat berries and hundreds more.
