Health and Nutrition Speaker

Healthier bodies are more active, more productive, more able, and happier!

As an award-winning cookbook author, patented inventor, and board certified naturopathic doctor, I am passionate about how what we eat affects how we function.

From the podium, I bring my unique perspective as someone living with an autoimmune disease who changed the course of my disease simply by changing my diet. I strive to empower my audiences with the knowledge that they can influence their own health through their food choices each and every day. Everyone leaves with the tools and the knowledge to begin taking charge of their health. It’s solid, usable information wrapped in entertainment.

Want to see me in action? Here is my recent TED talk titled “We Are What We Eat: Poisons In Our Everyday Foods.” Here’s the motivational story of my patented cooking method, and here’s a tv clip of me doing a cooking demonstration. Don’t overlook my MS story video describing my research and philosophy about diet and autoimmunity.
