I am glad to hear apple cider vinegar has helped some women in controlling hot flashes. Unfortunately,it hasn’t helped me at all. Going on to the 3rd week drinking the vinegar, no relief thus far. :(

I just purchased the apple cider supplements for acid reflux, and I plan on also using it diluted in juice 2x a day as well. I believe the vitamins I’m taking are causing this flare up. http://www.earthclinic.com has a ton of testimonials on the benefits of applie cider vinegar for all ailments, esp, acid reflux. Good luck.

Another great home remedy for hot flashes is Sage Tea. I have the recipe on my site:

I have used Black Cohosh for the longest time and it appears to work well. Ginseng is another good option. Hormones will work but a lot of women don’t want the risk associated with it.

I use apple cider vinegar for hot flashes. I’ve been drinking it for 6 months and haven’t had a single hot flash (or even that “warm” feeling you get before one)since the 3rd day I started drinking it. I drink a glass of water in the morning with two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar and another in the evening. It’s great. Not only great for hot flashes but for energy. I’ve noticed there are times now that I feel 10 years old and want to go out and “play.” (I’m 51).

I drink apple cider vinegar for hot flashes. It works pretty good. I dilute 1 tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar in any kind of fruit juice and drink this twice daily.

I have been told to avoid foods with high estrogen content such as
apples and soybeans due to the ovarian cysts and fibroids that I
developed. Heard so much about the goodness of cider apple vinegar
including helping reduce pre-menopausal syndroms such as hot flashes ( I am 48). Please advise coz I know cider apple vinegar will help me with
reducing my blood pressure, cholesterol level, arthritic pain and
    weight. Thank you
